In “Suçlular ve Güçlüler “Mumcu dealt with those responsible for the March 12 regime by working factually, individually and name by name, without making any generalizations.In 'A Stamp-less/Free Petition,' he deals with the achievements and achievers of the Nationalist Front regime that followed the March 12 period and strives to be its extension. Again, individually, and again name by name.
